easiest.

toss stalks with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast on 425 for 5 or so minutes, until JUST tender

easy

cut up into bite sized pieces and saute in a pan with fresh garlic and olive oil. add salt, pepper, and freshly grated parm. (I sometimes add baby bella mushrooms to this. yum)

I saute them in a pan with garlic and butter and some garlic powder and then toss with Parmesan cheese after..

mix some evoo capers & lemon juice ( u can skip the capers if you dont like )

wrap a thin slice of prosiutto around them , & grill . after grilling pour the mixture over the asparagus & add shredded pecorino romano ,,
