Our neighbors have 2 kids. We aren't particularly close to them and rarely see them bc they are almost never outside. Still, we get invited to their events.

We were recently invited to a party they are having - it's a DUAL Birthday/Christening for BOTH children. So it's like 2 events for each kid. One child is turning 1 and the other is turning 3 plus each is getting baptized.

We will not be attending the event bc I just gave birth 2 weeks ago and don't feel up to it but feel obligated to get a gift(s). But what do I get? Don't want to spend too much and really can't spend too much but what is appropriate since it's 2 events for each kid?

What should I get the 1 yr old boy? What about the 3 yr old girl?

Am sleep-deprived with the newborn, can't even think.
