Need hair salon recommendation - Lindy, Babylon area
I just got a call today that the guy I've been going to for the past 7 years to get my hair colored/highlighted and cut is gone.
I've tried to contact him via email, but in case he doesn't respond I need some type of backup plan. 
Can anyone recommend someone/somewhere in the Lindenhurst/Babylon area? There are SO many salons and I don't know where to start.
Help!
ps. This sucks.

When I lived in West Islip, I used to go to Salon Nouvell - Peter Anthony owned it.
I'm not sure what it's called now (I believe he sold it) but from what I hear it's still a very good salon.
They're located on Montauk Hwy. (Main Street) just west of the intersection of Deer Park Ave and Main STreet, just across from the Babylon Movie Theater.

Self Image salon in Amityville. Its the only place I go anymore after a few bad experiences with other places

Ive been going to self image too.. for about 12 years now. I see Michelle who is great! I just got my hair cut today and it looks great! Im all set to deliver with my funky new inverted bob

I third self image....just went there last week for color correction and everyone was sooo nice
