Need help fast: Can I exchange this at Michael's?
Yesterday, I bought a shadow box.
When I went to open it, the glass broke because it was stuck to the box and I didn't realize. So, when I pulled the box off, the glass broke.
Can I exchange it for a new one, or will they tell me to get lost?

My BIL is the assistant manager of the one in Levittown. If you bought it there, feel free to ask for Neil, I am sure it won't be a problem.
