So I want the placecards to be boarding passes, my invitation girl needs to get almost $3 each for them, I really don't want to spend that much.

Can anyone suggest how I can make these myself or know of a crafter that might be willing to make them?

Here's an example, but this is a save the date which all get printed the same. I need each one to be different to reflect guests names & table names and I need around 100

I don't have a great printer which is why I'm reluctant to do them myself

Any suggestions?

I would suggest a mail merge & MS word
You can use a matte paper, then you would have to cut....

MS Word is probably your easiest way, depending on how large the guest list.

I did just photoshop Star Wars invites for my friend & each invite had the child's name in it to invite them to Jedi training but it took awhile.

You can try Staples or Kinkos if you don't want to print them out yourself.

Does the boarding pass have to detach? If so, you'd need to find paper.
