Need help making princess cake
I now have what is the perfect product for creating those cakes where the cake is the ballgown skirt and then you have a barbie or princess sticking out the top but I haven't made one yet. I have what may be a silly question. Do you just stick the doll into the center after the cake is baked b/c it seems like that might really mess up the look of the cake or do you need to bake it with the doll in? which seems like it might melt the doll (lol) I know, silly, right?
Thanks

I have never made one, but I definately don't think you bake it with the doll inside ..
Maybe you only use the torso of the doll

Re: Need help making princess cake
after the cake is baked you have to let it cool for at least 2-3 hours. If you put the doll in before that she might start to melt !
You can cut a "guide hole" in the center of the cake to stick her in and then fill in any spaces at the top with icing. Also, if you tape her legs together a bit it will help get her in.
Good luck !!
