Need Help with timing contractions!!
I'm using that contraction timer as of right now that Goldi posted the other day. I'm just a little confused, because I thought you are suppose to time the contractions from start to start. Meaning you start the timer at the start of the contraction and let it run until the start of the next contraction.

Re: Need Help with timing contractions!!
There a couple of different ways to do it I believe. I think the most common way is from the start of one to the start of the other.
