I need one as well, and on my insurance company's web site, the latest one I see is 9 PM in Lynbrook.
Hope you're okay. 
On this topic (and for the OP's benefit as well, of course)... has anyone been to a walk-in clinic on LI that they could recommend? I really need to go tomorrow, and I'm already nervous - I'd feel better going to one that someone here has been to and says is ok.
