Need info ladies
My friend had her baby Monday, a c-section, 2 weeks early. She found out today she has pinholes basically in her heart. If you have any info or statistics it would be helpful. I have no idea what her prognosis is and I figured some of you might have experienced this or know someone who has. Any info is much appreciated. TIA

my cousin's baby was born with several holes in his heart and they closed up on their own after a couple of weeks. Not sure of the name of it or if the situations are the same but I hope the baby heals as well sa my cousins baby did.

I had a friend that was born with that too! She goes ever once in a while to have it checked.. as for anything else- shes perfectly healthy.. She actually just got done with the NYPD academy ( and you know how hard that is ) 
Im sure your friends baby will be just fine..
ETA: They closed over time... She still did "Normal" things - like gym and cheerleading...

I was born with several holes in my heart and they closed up on their own in a couple of weeks. In some cases thought they do not and require surgery.

Thanks girls- It is good to know that there is hope that she COULD get good news in as little as a couple of weeks...she is precious though and a healthy 8 lb. 7 oz.
