Need opinions re: First Birthday Paty Entertainment
DH initially said family only family, but seeing as the only family I have here in my brother and nephew, he said okay, family and close friends (which I consider family). I went over the guest list and am considering inviting more people and need ideas on what kinds of entertainment we should have. DH mentioned hiring someone dressed as Elmo, but not sure it will be a great idea. I'd love feedback.
We are definitely inviting 6 kids (incl DS) ages 1yr(3), 6yrs, 7yrs, and 13 yrs. We are thinking of adding 12 more kids ages 1yr(2), 4yr(2), 7yr, 2yr(2), 8yr(2), 10yr(2), and 6yr.
Would Elmo be okay? What other things would we need?? TIA!!!

We have the same issue, and with the kids being so spread out in age we are having an elmo for the younger kids and a candy "bar" for the older ones (and some of the adults too!). We are also doing dipping dots I think.

We are doing small world entertainment..the package I got is a puppet show with sesame street characters for a half hour (for the little kids) and balloon animals and tattoos after for the older kids I figure. They have various packages with inflatables, etc. You should check them out
