Need Photoshop (or general computer) Advice
I installed Photoshop Elements 6 on my computer last night. It has completely slowed down my computer and, when i go into the program itself, it is so darn slow. I can't do anything! What does this mean? I know my computer has the system requirements that the program needs. Should i uninstall then reinstall it?
TIA!! I am so bummed!

1. How much Ram (memory) do you have on your computer
2. What is your operating system?
3. How many programs are starting up when your computer turns on? Most people don't know this but by the clock, all those icons are programs that auto start and take up resources on your machine...

1. 256MB
2. Windows XP
3. I had a few things running and, since you mentioned it, realized that half of them were programs that i haven't used or updates that i haven't downloaded.
