need PJs for hospital
i already know i am going to target b/c they have such cute stuff... i just have NO idea what size to get! i was a size small pre-pregnancy, and i know i've gained weight in my thighs and butt since getting PG so i am guessing that without the belly i'd be a size medium. what size should i get for after the baby is born?
obviously a large for on top but i don't know what to do about bottoms!!

Get at least a medium...at least you'll be comfy in loose fitting clothes than in tight ones.

Also, keep in mind, you will still have a big belly right after giving birth. It will look like you are still about 5 - 6 months pregnant.

Just be careful not to get it too low - if you end up with a section for some reason you don't want it anywhere near the inscision!
I got a pair of drawstring PJ pants from Kohls in a L and wore those right after DD was born - I usually wear a M.

Re: need PJs for hospital
I think you would be safe with a large at the largest .
I got cheap non maternity ones at Kohls and Marshalls, they fit my now with a draw string so I am sure they will fit in the hospital

Don't forget the giant Granny Panties ladies....
You need them for the giant pads that you will use for several weeks.
I had no idea that I would need those the first time around. Make sure they are briefs in case of a c-section. You don't want low undies rubbing the incision.

Re: need PJs for hospital
i hate nightgowns, but that's all i wore in the hospital. i'm still wearing them now because i got used to them and actually like them now!
you might not want bottoms--the nurses check you and it's much easier for them to just lift your gown.
also--there's a LOT of blood. everywhere. pants would have been a problem for me!
and get them big!
