Need prayers please - updated
Yesterday I started having really bad cramping pains... which lasted from about 4-7.. then I ate dinner and it started up again. This happened to me last month too but only for about 5 minutes. I went to work today and could barely walk. I called the OB/GYN and no one called me back. I waited a lil while longer but started to get scared because the pain was getting worse. Finally called my MD and they told me to come in right away. I just got back from there. They did an internal and he said that my ovaries look ok, urine is fine, but that it might be a ruptured cyst. I was told back in January that I have a "small" fibroid so I don't know if that might have grown?? The doctor told the girl to schedule me for a sono "sooner rather than later" but it looks like the place can't get me in until tomorrow morning. I am sooo scared not knowing what this could be and I am in soo much pain. The doctor prescribed something for the pain but told me that I can't drive while taking it, which means I will probably be asleep within the next 1/2 hour. I asked him if the place that's doing the sono can tell me what it is and he said no.. I will have to wait for him to call me. He put on the script for them to call him as soon as the test is done. I hope I am ok. I can deal with certain types of medical issues.. but when it has to do with this I just freak out. My SIL is going for a hysterectomy next week and all I keep thinking is "what if I need one?" (I know.. I am a hypocondriac) but I am worried

UPDATE
Well I just got a call from the doctor.. he said I have a 2 inch cyst on my right ovary and it's "complex" (which is bad) and it might have an abcess. I'm freaking out.. but I guess there isnt anything I can do until I see an OB/GYN. So I called the OB/GYN that I had an appointment with on July 20th and asked if they can see me tomorrow... they said no.. but I can go Thursday. Being that my regular MD told me to see an OB/GYN tomorrow, or go to the ER, I called another place and made an appointment... thennnn my regular MD calls me back and says they made an appt for me for tomorrow ... get this.. AT THE SAME PLACE THAT SAID THEY HAVE NOTHING TILL THURSDAY! Unbelivable! So I call the girl that I made the appt with and said "Hi, I need to cancel my appt for Thursday, because I have one for tomorrow".. so she goes "With your regular MD??" and I said "umm no, with your office".... 
So we shall see what happens tomorrow. DH took off from work today and will be home with me tomorrow too.

FM me if you have any fibroid questions, I had mine removed with out a hysterectomy. Before I had it removed I was in the most awful pain I have ever experienced.

i had a cyst that ruptured when i was like 15.. it hurt like holy hell so I can only imagine the pain ur in, at the time i didnt even kno what it was until after the fact--my sister had them one time too..altho it *****, it did its thing and then i never had problems again, i am sorry ur in pain, please dont think the worst unless there is some valid reason... feel better

Oh you poor thing  I would be freaking out also, esp. given the pain you are in ..
It's easy for me to say (since I too am a hypochondriac), but please try not to worry yourself too much about this unti you are diagnosed. It does sounds like it could have bee a cyst on your ovaries -- and when they burst , the pain can be excruicating. You might even have another cyst and that is prolonging the pain right now.
Also to give you another scenario, it might very well be that you are also experiencing some symptoms of endometriosis. Sounds awful, but I have this myself and was treated for it about a year ago .. it can cause very severe pain in some ladies (it did in me) but it is TOTALLY treatable and does NOT mean anything will be wrong with your future fertility!
I hope you get some answers tomorrow and are feeling better soon! Hang in there!

I had several cysts rupture a couple years ago.
WORST PAIN of my life.
But the worst part is over now It'll get better, sweetie

To the girls that said you have had cysts.... was your stomach bloated and tender to the touch? my stomach is sooo bloated and I cant even move in a way that requires using my stomach muscles. i feel as though i did 49249942 sit ups.

OMG I had a ruptured cyst this past Christmas Eve. It was the worst pain!! It ruptured Christmas Eve Eve, I was in so much pain, couldn't stand up, couldn't touch my stomach, threw up and could hardly walk. I hope you feel better soon, it took me about a week. It also killed whenever I went to the bathroom. I went to the ER b/c it was so bad, but they said they really couldn't do anything.
