Need Pre-School Rec for Selden area

Apparently I dont know anything about registration timeframes. I intend to enroll DS in a toddler preschool when he turns 2 (he will be 2 in october). I assume this means he will be enrolled starting in September? I do not know why I thought I had so much time and I realize I have no idea WHERE I'm sending him

Anyone have any recommendations? I was looking for a 2 day a week 2 hours a day type program.

When i lived in centereach i planned on sending ds to imagniation preschool in stony brook on nicolls road. The middle country library had a preschool open house in january last year that was very helpful. All of the area preschools were there with information. Maybe they are having on again this year, it would be beneficial to go.

The learning experience is centereach! its a great place and the kids are reading by the time they leave the 4 year old program! GoodLuck

Thanks for the replies. I just looked at imagination's website. I think that would have been perfect except they require the 2 year olds to be 2 by September 1st. DS will not be 2 until October 13. I hope this is not the case for all the schools.
