need recipe help
A friend of mine from work had a seizure in her sleep and the doctors don't know why it happened but they say it is has something to do with her kidneys. As a result, she is on a VERY restrictive diet and she's been crying all day because she doesn't know what to eat. What can I make that is low in salt, no potassium, no tomatoes or pasta sauce, no cheese. TIA!

My Aunt had to be on a Renal Diet due to kidney failure....you can buy this cookbook on Amazon.com. It was highly recommended and has very good recipes and information. here's the link...
