NEED SERIOUS HELP...
My friend needs to talk to someone... I guess a psychologist or something... She is VERY depressed and needs attention now...
Can anyone recommend someone in the Nassau area... Garden City area, She does not drive so it needs to be local...

if it is serious..ie possible suicide or hurting ones self... call the long island crisis hotline..its free and i think its 24 hrs and i am sure they can help with referrals too..
i hope she feels better...just google or 411 for the number xoxoxo

Thank you for your feedback!
She is taking action and calling her Insurance company to see who is covered and I told her I would physically go with her to the appt if necessary...
