Need some advice - sorry if TMI
So after CD 70 and a PCOS diagnosis, I finally got AF. Not sure if it's a "true" period (with ovulation) or just due to the fact that everything has "built up" after three months w/o AF and my endometrium wall couldn't sustain itself anymore. Either way, I am bleeding VERY heavily. This is my first official cycle off the BCP as well, but I've never had this before. There is quite a bit of clotting (sorry TMI!) but I am not getting my usual cramps and what not. Has anyone ever experienced anything similar? Is it something I should be worried about?

i get it all the time. No need to worry. Shoulda seen "what came out" after four months w/o AF
