Need some advice.. new on this board-UPDATE 2 AT BOTTOM
Hi Everyone... I have posted under another name on this board, but am going through something really upsetting right now and could just use some guidance, or advice. I am sorry I am not posting under my real name, but no one in my family knows...
Basically, I got a BFP last friday,, used digital tests to confirm this on Sat. and Sunday as well. I used first morning urine on Monday to confirm, and called the dr right away to schedule an appointment. Sunday, DH and I had intercourse, and I saw some bleeding, just brown spotting, but it went away by the afternoon. Then, Monday mid-morning the bleeding came back. It started brown, then pink when I wipe, then a brownish/red spot about the size of a dime. Called the doctor, and they had me come in for an ultra-sound. They estimated I am only about 4-5 weeks now.. they sent me for a batter of blood work and they couldn't really see anything. Then, Tuesdya, still bleeding, pink when i wipe, but I had no cramping. sorry if too much info.
Yesterday, she calle dme and said my numbers were around 79? She said that was low, but was going to check w/the dr to see if she wanted me to get more blood taken. Nurse called back and schedule med to see the midwife next week, and no blood. They're going to do an ultrasound then too...
Well, last night into today, I have horrible cramps... I am beyond devastated.. I called them again this AM to see if I could take Tylenol.. I need some help advice... Im sorry and thank you for eading!!! I am also in a wedding tomorrow, and Friday...

UPDATE- First, thanks for everyone's advice... I really appreciate everything! I spoke to the midwife and she sent me for more blood. I should know by tomorrow around noon what's going on w/me.. Im saying prayers that everything turns out ok...

im so sorry youre going through this,
try to keep your head up...i will be thinking of you and your lil baby..
Try and take it easy, maybe the wedding isnt such a good idea? Youre going through alot of physical and emotional things right now..im sure theyll understand..

Thank you so much-do you know if it;s safe if I take tylenol? the cramps are painful.... I called the dr, so hopfully they'll get back to me. Congrats to you and thanks so much!

well to me, the fact that the spotting started after you had sex isn't as worrisome. As early as you are you wouldn't see anything on a sono and your #'s are normal. The more important thing is if they double as they are supposed to. Are you having any bleeding this morning? Cramps without bleeding is not necessarily worst case scenario either. You can take tylenol. But I would limit it. You shoudl DEF repeat bloodwork today!

They say you can take 2 regular tylenol or 1 extra strength. HTH. Good luck!

I would insist on the repeat blood today. By tomorrow you will know for sure what is going on.

I agree. I would ask for more blood to be taken so you are not agonizing all week. Tylenol is ok to take but no advil, ibuprofen etc. Lots of prayers and hugs. Hope you are joining us real soon.

honey you call your doctor right now, and tell them i want to repeat the blood work today. Having you wait is not right.

sending your way, sorry you are going through this. You may have ovulated later than you thought so maybe the numbers are low since it's so early on in your pregnancy, try to stay positive and relax, I hope your cramps go away, keep us posted

UPDATE 2:
I heard from the doctor and she said my numbers got lower and it looks like Im going to miscarry...Im so devastated..I have awedding this weekend and Iam so scared...please keep me in your prayers..
