Need some breast pump advice
Lately DD has been having some trouble with mid day and even late evening feedings. She seems hungry but gets frustrate if the milk doesn't come out fast enough. This has never been a problem for me before. I'm wondering if maybe I should try to get things moving by pumping for a minute or two before nursing but I have the Medela Pump in Style and it can take some time to set it up. Is there anything simpler (and less expensive) I can use for a quick 2 minute pump to get my letdown going?

They do have manual pumps...not sure if that would work for you but they're really easy to set up.

I did it with #2. I have the avent isis and it was perfect for this. You can also take some of the bn in a syringe and squirt in his mouth to relieve the initial hunger and ferocity.
