Take thin chicken cutlets and marinate in reduced fat Italian dressing- I used the light Waldbaums brand. Marinate over night. Spray grill pan and cook on both sides till done after the 2nd side is done put a piece of mozzrella cheese on top while still in the pan , and cover loosely with tin foil till cheese melts. Set aside. I then took sliced mushrooms - steak sliced they were called and put in a new pan 1 tsp of olive oil, the mushrooms , garlic powder, black pepper and a little bit of salt and sauteed until done. I made rice with it. I will also cook a veggie. I saw something similiar on the WW menu at Applebee's. I guess you can have it on a roll too. Enjoy!Chat Icon
