Need some feeding advice: 1 yr old refuses table foods

My almost 13 month old eats very little table food (cheerios, pancakes, any fruit, and sometimes chicken). Everything else he gags over. I have exposed him to the same things well over 10 times each and he has no interest in it and he will actually throw up sometimes when he tries it (especially bread, toast, rice, beans). I need some advice. He is 13 months and only 18 lbs (he was also 5 wks early but is still tiny for being a premie). My dr. wants him to have 3 bottles a day still bc of his weight but I want him to be hungry enough to eat table food. He will eat any baby food but if i puree table food he refuses it. HELP!!!

just hugs - im in the same boat. DS is almost 12 months

he will eat cheerios, puffs, mum mums, goldfish, bagels, pizza crust, toast annnd thats pretty much it. it has to have some crunch. no fruits, no veggies

We too are in a smilar situation with my DD who was also a preemie (12 weeks early). 11 months and 16lbs. She gags (and vomits) on everything because of the feeding aversion she has developed from severe reflux. The only thing I can suggest is to see a GI and see what advice they can offer.
