need some help-work related
I was asked to fill out this ridiculously long questionnaire for work regarding my current position. I've been working on this for days and cannot get past one section:
Indicate temperament required for this position.
I am in charge of several people in my office and work at a fast pace and have to deal with the "public" Can anyone please help me with some suggestions on a few lines to write?

I don't know if this falls under temperment but something about being flexible, able to manage and work with different personalities, exhibiting patience and understanding while maintaining control.

I agree with what she said. I think they want to make sure you are able to maintain your composure under stressful situations, remain calm, have patience and basically not flip out

Here is a page of definitions for "temperamant". I find reading definitions helps me to answer questions like this.
Dictionary
I'd probably write something like:
In this position contact is required with direct reports and outside clients. The characteristics needed are patience, quick thinking, the ability to multi-task and motivate others.
Something like that but maybe more tailored to your industry.
