Need some meal suggestions
Christopher loves to eat anything with cheese but I think its making him constipated. What are some meals I can give him without cheese for lunch and dinner?

chicken or any meat cut up small
pasta w/sauce
yogurt and fruit
mashed potatoes

Alyssa loves the Tyson Fun Nuggets and hamburgers! For lunch we do yogurt and fruit often....
