need suggestions for a wedding gift
My husband's uncle is getting remarried next month. His uncle is VERY well off financially so I was thinking of getting a nice gift rather than give cash b/c I thought it would mean more to him....something they can keep as a reminder of their special day. Any suggestions? TIA

That's a great idea considering they are well off.
What about an engraved wedding picture frame? Or something of the sort to remember their day? You can try Things Remembered.

A nice gift something waterford or even Tiffany's. For my wedding a good friend of the family gave us Tiffany crystal candlestick holders, they are gorgeous!

Well if they are taking a honeymoon why not a gift certificate for a nice sunset cruise, or other excursion.
Or tickets to a Broadway show or something fun for them to do when they get back.

-How about a piece by Simon Pearce? They offer a "Celebration Bowl" that can be engraved.
-William Yeoward has nice pieces as well (a bit different from the standard Waterford.)
-Jay Strongwater or Edgar Berebi frame?

A gf of mine had our wedding invitation framed with pressed flowers - it's beautiful!!! One of my most favorite wedding gifts.
If you're interested in something like that let me know, a woman does it out of her home in, I think, Bayport, NY. It's somewhere around that area.
