Need suggestions for one or two more cookies for my holiday baking
Going to go,shopping this afternoon to start my baking and need suggestions for another cookie or two. I use these as gifts for my DHs grandparents as well as for dessert for Christmas and for work parties.
I usually make
Gingerbread
Sugar cookies
Jam thumbprints
Meringue kisses
Mexican wedding cakes.
Maybe something chocolate that's not plain old chocolate chip cookies? Any other suggestions?

Need suggestions for one or two more cookies for my holiday baking
Lemon Crinkle Cookies
1 box lemon cake mix
1 Egg
2 cups thawed cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
In a bowl combine cake, egg, and cool whip. (Batter will be sticky!)
Form dough into tablespoons and roll in powdered sugar. Bake for 8-10 mins on 350 until edges are golden.
What about adding some peppermint bark also.

I have a good recipe for these shortbread cookies with either a choc ganache or Nutella filling. Fm if you want recipe, I don't have it with me but can send tonight!
