Need to rehome my dog...
No flaming please...
I know that this is a sensitive subject on the boards, but I'd rather come on here than post it on a Craigs List-type forum. I want to make sure he goes to a loving, caring home.
It is with great sadness that DH and I have decided that it would be best to re-home our beloved Tyson. He is an amazing dog and we are just heartbroken about this, but it just has to be done. I don't want to go into detail here on the boards, but I will explain the situation to anyone who is interested in making him a part of your family.
He is a 2-year old, 70 lb, pure-bred Boxer. He is up-to-date on all of his shots (due for his yearly shots in June) and has been neutered. He is housetrained, but prefers to be crated throughout the day. He is VERY energetic/hyper and needs to be exercised daily. He is great with children and other dogs and is very loving... not an aggressive bone in his body!

AWWWWW I wish I could take him! I have ALWAYS wanted a boxer. I hope you find him a wonderful new home!

Were you able to find a home for him yet? I am sure someone will take him - he is so adorable! I showed DH and he wants him badly. I said no though, 2 dogs and a new baby sounds like too much for me! Wish I could though

Not sure if you found a home for Tyson yet BUT if you didn't I haave some advise for you....
I too had to give my boxer about 9 years ago when I was moving with my then, boyfriend NOW Ex husband.. yeah should have kept the dog... Anyway, that's whole other post!!!
BUT wierd thing is my Boxer's name was also Tyson!!! I contacted Second Chance Boxer rescue.. They were great! And the goo dthing about them was you were able to go on to their webiste and get updates on Tyson weekly!! with pics.. I loved itbecause I was heartbroken to give him up.. But this was a great option for us, because I knew he was going to go to aloving home and I could keep tabs on him!!
Good luck !!! I know how hard it is..
