Need veggie for family dinner
We r going on vaca with DH's family and everyone is taking a night to cook. We are 12 adults and 11 kids. I am making salmon on the grill with corn but what is a good veggie side to make? That I can make a large amount of?
I was thinking a cucumber/tomato salad - but other ideas? I also have some picky eaters.
