My sister just sold her coop for X amount of dollars. The appraisal came in at something like $30,000 LESS than the purchase price. But for some reason the buyers did not care to re-negotiate?!?! Heck, I am happy for my sister but confused... I think that they people buying her place have a lot of $$ and don't need much of a mortgage, but still, it's strange, no?
