FH and I looked at houses there - there were parts I liked, and some I didnt -
parts are in Smithtown SD, and some in Sachem SD..
Overall we liked the area!

The house we are buying is in Nesconset. It is Smithtown SD. We live in an apartment in Hauppauge now and after much research on schools and neighborhoods we really like Nesconset.
Where is the house you looked at?

We just moved to Nesconset in October. My husband's parents live here also, so we were familiar with the area. It's a lovely town.

I grew up in Smithtown - and I love Smithtown, St James, Nesconset - I wish I could afford to live there! Great area, close to tons of stores, the mall, good school district.
