Neti Pot for Sinuses
ok, i bought this tonight for DH and decided to try it out for myself. well...........i almost drowned! can't seem to get the hang of it  i tried several times and it was going down my throat. is there a trick to this??

i don't have a neti pot per se but have something similar (i think). The trick is to get your head as much upside down as possible. Even still, i always wind up messing up but it's worth it because your sinuses clear up really well!
