I started using it over a year ago. I still use it while I'm pregnant. It works best when you use it consistently but I usually only remember to use it when I start to get stuffy. I tell everyone I meet who says they have sinus problems and allergies to get one. I love mine. Last year, I probably had about 4-5 sinus infections, this year, I've only had one (knock on wood!)

I've been using a Neti pot for 2 years now and really like it. I've sold so many people on them b/c they have helped me so much with my sinuses and allergies. Since using it I haven't been on antibiotics for a sinus infection (and I was typically on them 2-3 times per year) and I don't take Claratin often.

I started using the netty pot when I got pregnant with ds. I was so sick and there was nothing I could take that would help until I found out about the netty pot. Now I swear by it.

i bought one at the recommendation of someone, but never took it out of the box... the photo on the box scared me too much... i think im a chicken... im scared it is going to hurt and feel like i got water stuck up my nose...

I felt like this for the longest time too! Doctors had told me about it and I refused to even try it because I hate the idea of water in my nose. (I don't even like to go under the water when I swim) Then I saw it on Oprah with Dr. OZ. He pulled someone out of the audience and she did it and I thought...hey that doesn't look so bad. You can probably find it on youtube! Try it!
