new at this TTC thing...stupid questions
so i stopped taking the pill last month. AF was supposed to visit tomorrow, but she came early on tuesday 11/11, is that normal? and do i start counting from the new day she started? or from the old day? my doc said my optimal time to try is between days 11-18 so i just wanna make sure im looking at my calendar correctly.

Re: new at this TTC thing...stupid questions
When my BFF came off the pill (June) her doc suggested she wait 2 cycles to get an "idea" as to when she would "O". (She has been on it for 17 years). She also said that she (BFF) may need 3 or 4 cycles (everyone is different). I know for a fact her cycle has been different each month since she came off the pill. I hope this helps a little.

Re: new at this TTC thing...stupid questions
You're new CD1 (first day of your new cycle) is when AF showed up. It's the first day of a real flow (need a pad or tampon)
I waited 1 cycle before we actively started to TTC. I've been off for 8 months now and my cycles are still regulating. Everyone is different.
I've started to use OPK's to help figure out when I'm Oing because my cycles have been all over the place.
HTH! Good luck!

Re: new at this TTC thing...stupid questions
I will be stopping the pill at the end of the month. I have been on the pill for 13 years with no break. My dr advised me to wait two cycles after stopping. Then it would be easier to see what my cycle would be like. She did also say that if I didnt wait that its not a big deal.
