New Baby Belly Class that I won...
DH & I had our free childbirth class this afternoon. I won it through LiFamilies! It was great - the nurse who ran the class was animated and used what they call a 'girlfriend approach'. They did lamaze, relaxation/breathing, phases of labor, taked about cord blood banking, and a lacatation specialist spoke to us. They also fed us!
I am going to take the breastfeeding course through them in May! Thanks Ron & Liz...that was a great prize to win!
