new dishwasher installation
we dont currently have a dishwasher? i've been to 2 major appliance stores and they only do replacement installation....
WHO DO I GET TO DO THE INITIAL INSTALLATION?

We just used Universal Appliance to fix our gas burner. They did a good job and I believe that they install dishwashers.

We are going through this now with the house we are buying...
May I ask how much it cost with a plumber? Did you buy the dishwasher and then they installed it? Did they give you an estimate first?

I am having the same problem.....someone quoted me $800.....I thought that was ridiculous but we want a dishwasher so much we are willing to pay it. But we would love to get it put in for less!
