new OBGYN -what are some questions I should ask? (and short background)
We already have one DC-4. My pregnancy was ok , but 3rd trimester was pretty complicated + I had a terrible OBGYN. Had a C/S , recovery was hell. Well DH and I started TTC again. I have an OBGYN , but I don't want to stay with the dr if and when I get pregnant, I am looking for a new OBGYN , someone affiliated with LIJ, Winthrop or Mt. Sinai of Manhattan and who is located in Queens , LI -close to Queens or Manhattan and preferably someone who is a high risk dr who also takes non high risk patients . I do have few recommendations by some people . I am going to start calling them in a few days , just so I can go for a consultation while TTC and then obviously stay with them for my labor and delivery. So what are some question I should ask? Someone told me I should ask about their C/S experience I do want to ask if they do stitches or staples , but can't think of anything else .... So if you can give me some ideas , what questions I should be asking I would really appreciate it.
TIA
oh and also if you have an OBGYN recommendations I'd appreciate it .

I go to the Women's Health Pavilion in Howard Beach and really love them. Dr Scarantino delivered DD. I did not have a c/s but my cousin was high risk and had two c/s with him and likes him too!
I delivered at LIJ.
