beautiful, we just bought a house that was a tiny cape and was completely redone in 2001 like yours (only first level remained). It's so nice having everything new. good luck!

I think we have the proper setbacks on all 3 sides of the pool.
Its about 5 or 6 feet you need.
Keep in mind its only a 60x100 property not big at all. we are just using every square inch.
There wont be any grass, there will be a multi level trex deck, and a paver patio for furniture.
Also a lounge area that overlooks the pool
We are hoping to get approved to put 6 foot fencing around the entire yard for privacy
wow I cant wait to see the finish product, it sounds like it is going to be beautiful. the house looks great too!!!!
