New Preggo question - Beta's

I just found out that I am preggo a couple of days ago. I am about 4 weeks, give or take a day or 2 (not sure when I ovulated). I am a little worried - I went for my first beta and progesterone on Tuesday:

beta - 110
progesterone - 31

Went for 2nd beta's Thursday

beta - 209
progesterone 27

She said my progesterone is fine - it can fluctuate in early pregnancy..its still very much in the good range. She is sending me back for beta check on Saturday bc my numbers were just shy of doubling.

Has anyones numbers been shy of doubling, but the pg ended up being okay? I am terrified of having a m/cChat Icon

Thanks.

Updated - my dr just got my new results back and said my numbers MORE than doubled and look GREAT!!!! I am soo relieved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Chat Icon

Did they do the bloodwork at the same time both days?

Those #'s look good to me. What they look for is doubling every 48-72 hours so I think you are definitely fine. Congrats!

Yeah, I went during lunchtime both times - so the blood was drawn both times b/w 12 and 1.

Those #s are great. My first beta was 80, and was only at 139 2 days later. My dr. said they really have to look at the 72 hour range. I think your #s are great. My progesterone was only 17 and I eventually went on supplemets. Congrats!

Re: New Preggo question - Beta's

Like others said 72 hrs is tha max time for doibling. You may wantto get progesterone supplements-can't hurt.
