New roof and siding $$$
We have a small cape in Massapequa.
Does anyone have a guess on how much $$ we'd be looking at to get a new roof and vinyl siding? I know there are many factors to consider but I'm just looking ballpark here. Don't know if it would be like $10,000 or $30,000. Totally clueless.

Roof I would say about 6500, give or take
Siding I would say about 7500-9000
I would say for the both, you are looking at anywhere from 14,000 to 18,000. Not anywhere near 30,000.

Also have a cape in Massapequa (don;t know my square footage but we have 60x100 property). We got new roof, new siding new windows & all new doors and spent $28,000...guessing at least 1/2 was for the roof & siding
