I just finished the book yesterday and loved it - started this morning. Has anyone tried it?

Haven't tried it but saw some girl's results on MFP and she definitely looked a lot more toned and lean. It looked good

aww thanks :) it's really fun! it's a heavy lifting program that includes lots of stuff generally thought of as guy only exercises like barbell squats, deadlifts, push-ups etc. there has been a lot of talk about it on myfitnesspal so i decided to try it out. here's the book: amazon

heavy lifting is the best. i only do squats, deadlifts, pullups, pushups, handstand puchups, etc and i am fit and not bulky like people think you will become. it makes you really strong too!

can you actually do a pullup? if so, i'm mega impressed. that is my dream.

lol yes, a lot. but in all fairness, i was a gymnas when i was young and could do them since im 9. Chat Icon

start out with resistance bands. wrap it around the bar and put one foot in, like a stirrup. build up your upper body that way and soon youll get it!
