New to this site and this pregnancy!
DH and I planned to try later this year, so I went off the pill 2 months ago... and now.. we are pregnant! We went to the first drs apt and the dr. really didnt tell us anything... she took blood and confirmed through the urine test that we were pregnant, asked when my last period was, but gave us no due date or anything.
A few days later, I called to get the blood test results.. the hCG level was a little under 6000, but they didnt have my progesterone levels. Now today, I got my progesterone levels.. its 8.2.. the dr said it was a bit below what they like to see, which is a 10... I have to go tomorrow and give more blood.. but now I am freaking out!!! Should I be as nervous as I am? an 8.2 doesnt seem that far below 10!!!
I just need reassurance!!!

Congrats! I am not sure about the Progesterone number but I do recall reading from a few posts on here that some girls got suppositories to help their levels if they needed.
You Dr sounds like she is on top of it!

Congrats! That's great news. I also had low-ish progesterone. They gave me suppositories that I take twice a day.
The number of the HCG levels isn't what is so important as the fact that it needs to keep rising all the time for the first few months.
Good luck!
