New to TTC...Questions about ovulation and BD
Hello- This is our first month TTC. I'm excited to be in the process with all of you in the LIF TTC community!
I've been keeping track of my period cycles for months... Starting this month, we BD'd CD 13 thru CD 17, thinking that was when ovulation normally occurred.
Now, from reading posts on here, I see that ovulation times can really vary!
I also just read about the different types of CM. This morning, I think I have egg white cervical fluid. I'm at CD 20. So we should probably BD some more?
I have to look into OPKs also. But for now, what would you say, BD today and the next 2 days?
TIA for your help!

Re: New to TTC...Questions about ovulation and BD
You O day can vary month to month, but in my experience it was only off a day or so, not more then that.
EWCM is a great sign of your body getting ready to O.
For a couple of months I kept track of AF, checked CM, used OPK's and I really learned so much about my cycles.
The month I got my BFP, I used an OPK digital, we BD every day and on the day I got my smiley we did it 2X that day and the day after.
Good luck

Welcome
I use CBE digitals and I BD every other day and when I get my I BD for 3 days in a row, one day off and then one more day.
Since you arent using OPKs right now, I would continue to BD. Good luck!

Thanks, everyone!
BTW, DH was looking over my shoulder asking about the abbreviations.
Now he's singing, "I'm your private bed dancer, bed dancer for money, I'll do what you want me to do...."
He also says he would like to use the abbreviation DI (doin' it). LOL.
