New toddler playground at Wantagh Park

I keep forgetting to post this, it opened earlier this spring.

It's a nice new playground for 2-5 year olds with that springy foam stuff down on the ground if they fall. All the stuff is that durable plastic stuff. There is a little helicoptor, plane, boats, teeter totters, slides, baby swings.....

If you are familiar with the park, it's where the pirate ship was. Actually that's still there, they built this all around it.

If you aren't familiar, when you drive into the park go past the older playground which is on your right at the entrance of the park. At the first stop sign make a left into the parking lot and park. You cross over the road and take the path between the tennis and basketball courts and it's straight ahead.

It looks like they are going to be adding more stuff to that area, but I don't know yet what it is.

ETA: The older playground is nice too, and has stuff for younger and older kids.
