New with a question..
Hi,
I'm new. I am a mother of 2 and am looking on having a third and am trying to type in my information on mymonthlycycles.com and I have a VERY stupid question. What is considered an actual menstrual period? I want to pinpoint my actual ovulation date and best dates to conceive. For example, do you consider the first day of your period when you start cramping/spotting? Or when you get real blood flow?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Best of luck to all of you!!!

I've always heard that the 1st day is the 1st day of red blood flow, not days that you spot.

Re: New with a question..
That's what I thought too. I just don't want to be off by a day or two, you know?
Thanks for your response!
