New WW program? Curious on your thoughts.
I'm just starting today. I think it's great that it seems to be even more geared toward healthy eating. I've heard some mixed thoughts. That its good but the weight loss is slow. Just wanted to know your thoughts.

I like the "old" points program better. It fits my lifestyle better and I know I can continue on the track for the rest of my life. So, when everyone switched to the new one, I am a rebel and will continue on the old program.

What makes it fit with your lifestyle? Did you try the new program?

The new program is actually very similar to the old one, with the same basics such as counting Points (now PointsPlus) values and tracking. What's changed is how PointsPlus values are determined and how they are supposed to be used.
Ultimately, if you do the program as it's meant to be followed, you should see the same average loss of anywhere between .5-2 pounds per week.
