New WW Question

Hi everyone,

would some one please bump the new points calculator- is there a new daily allowance or is it the same?

I cant find any recent threads on the topic.

Thanks so much!

Re: New WW Question

I know, I can't find it online. I purchased a physical one on ebay since I do not plan on joining right away, but I was hoping there was an online one somewhere; it might be too soon.

Re: New WW Question

I heard that there is no way to find out the PointsPlus values of stuff without using E-Tools (to have it you have to be an online member) or a calculator. I am pretty sure MOST people get 29 points...that's the number I've been hearing (from women at least...not sure about men.)

Re: New WW Question

29 is the most popular points plus daily allowance, however you cannot assume everyone has it (for example: Dh gets 71 points per day). It depends on a number of factors.

Everyone gets 49 extra points for the week.

There are a few ways to get the points:
-Calculator
-E-tools
-Book you get at the meeting

He also got the max on the old system (I think it was 40-something??). I think it has to do with his weight- he's almost 6 feet and he weights over 350lbs so he's going to need much more food no matter what.

I didn't know the old system even went that high. But that makes sense now. Thanks for clarifying!
