New Years resolution - KEEP IT OFF!!! Before and After pics
I started WW old points system at home on my own with the help of my dad's old books and slides and an app on my phone. I was STRICT on my diet which started around the beginning of August. Within 4-5 months I had reached my goal. I dont count my daily points anymore but my diet and perception of eating have changed so much. Now when I "pig out", it means I ate 4 rice cakes and a 1/2 cup of ice cream. I feel like a million bucks!

Congrats! You look great!! I think you looked great before too though.
I agree. Congrats! You look great. I've been on and off WW for years but have been really good with it since my wedding in Oct. I also follow the old plan. I find it's just easier sticking with what you know.
