As always:
Lose weight
excercise more
drink more water
make better food choices but also not make myself feel guilty if I cave in every now & then
also:
start a hobby (restart an old hobby really)
go to bed earlier
wake up earlier
not be late all the time

I really am thinking of quitting smoking  I might also be house searching if I do that. DH isnt looking foward to the mood swings.

1. Get to the gym again
2. Make more efforts to see my friends and keep in touch with those who moved away
3. Make out with DH more

I used to do things like "be true to myself" or "more confident", etc. but that proved too hard and something i try everday. The last two years have worked out when it was simpler -
- floss five days a week:) my teeth are happier
This year I'm adding two:
1. Improve my posture
2. Do something cultural every other month (play, ballet, museum, etc.)
