newborn shoot
i wanted to start looking into some photographers for a newborn shoot.
any recommendations?

I used Lori from AvaJack Photography. My proflile pic is one of the ones she did. She gives you the cd and a release and I had my pics within a week! Using her again this time around.

Your pics are beautiful! Where is her studio? I see on her site it says $300 for 20-30 digital proofs in an online gallery for 10 days. Did you get a disk as well? I'm thinking if the gallery ends in 10 days and you didn't order everything you wanted or have time then what? It also doesn't say edited images. Were yours edited? I'm looking for someone under $500 so the price seems right. Thanks so much.

Her pics are gorgeous and I know a few people that have used her and were so happy with her work. But FYI, that $300 is just for the shoot itself and editing the pics. Then there is also a minimum print order of $300. Last I checked, a few months ago, the disc with all edited pics was about $500 (on top of the $300 sitting fee).

Wow, $800 is a lot for me. DH would never agree to that. BOOO
