Newport
DH has to go there on business and we are thinking of using this as a little romantic get away. Any suggestions of where to stay?

We were in Newport about a month ago and stayed at the Hotel Viking . We only stayed one night I wish we stayed longer I would have loved to visit the spa. Newport is gorgeous!!! Have a great time  .

We stayed at the Newport Marriott and loved it! The hotel is right in the middle of town and you can walk everywhere around town which is great at night for going out.
We're not big fans of bed and breakfast type hotels so this works well for us!

DH and I just booked 2 nights at the Marshall Slocum Guest House for August. It got good reviews on Trip Advisor (and doesn't require a 3-night stay!).
