Newport restaurant recs
Planning our trip ans I’m looking for a restaurant rec for Newport RI, specifically for non-fussy basic seafood (crab legs, good chowder, things like that). Thanks!

Re: Newport restaurant recs
I have down brick alley for one night, but we want to do seafood the second night. We definitely prefer less fussy-prepared when it comes to seafood!

Re: Newport restaurant recs
There was a place like right in the center of town among all the shops. It's like a tourist trap but we ate there once and it was basically what you are describing. I want to say it was called Crabby Billy's or something. I googled it but I couldn't find it. There was another place called The Wharf Pub that was good.
